General Legal Agreement

 
  • This software is provided with standard limited warranty required by your country. By purchasing this product, you agree that under no circumstance the author of this software will be liable for any damage or losses due to use or miss-use of this software.
  • Support will provided with purchasing of any product and we’ll provide email support to any questions and/or issues that may arise during use of this application.
  • By purchasing this product you agree that you’ll not distribute, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, edit, add or remove any part of this software neither manually or using of another tool/application, and that in no circumstance you’ll use a modified version of this tool for any purpose other than as intended.
  • You understand the requirements for the software are to use it with Windows(tm) NT4 or newer version like 2000/XP/Vista/Win7, and to boot from the main/primary/first hard drive on the machine : (i.e. if you have 2 or more hard drives like Sata0 and Sata1 you MUST boot from Sata0 -- For machines with only 1 hard drive this is generally nothing to be concerned with.
  • You understand that if you use some specific security software like whole disk encryption or have multiple Operating Systems within the same machine, the compatibility with such machines will highly depend on the software that is not part of the Windows(tm) Operating System (in which case using the TRIAL should be very helpful to verify compatibility before buying the software).

 

NOSafeMode Personal:
  • With a single personal license purchase you’re allowed to lock/unlock any machines that you own.

 

NOSafeMode Professional:
  • With a single professional license purchase a company is allowed to lock/unlock any machines it owns.

 

NOSafeMode Source Code:
  • For negotiable amounts, we’d be willing to provide you with solution you can integrate and/or merge with your product, be that via software API/SDK or by direct inclusion of our source code in your product.
